We will then check availability and let you know if your chosen dates are free, either by email or by phone. Please be aware that a booking can only be secured with receipt of a deposit.We also operate a first come first served basis, so please ensure that you book as early as possible. Bookings are for Saturday to Saturday, or by special arrangement (subject to availability) for a long weekend or other preferred days. Balance of PaymentThe full balance of payment for your holiday must be cleared no later than 8 WEEKS prior to your arrival date. To change your booked dates please contact us asap and we will do our best to accommodate you if your selected dates are available. InsuranceGuests should make appropriate arrangements to cover themselves with the appropriate travel insurance for the duration of their holiday. Contractual RightsWe reserve the right to terminate the services we provide if we judge your behaviour to be likely to cause disturbance or harm to our clients, property or staff. Under such circumstances we will not be liable to you for any refund or compensation or for any costs or damage which you may incur. Fishery RulesYou agree to abide by and understand the rules and regulations set out by Petit Pretre which are clearly shown on our website.
